Publication
A rapid peer-review and publication process is planned for a special issue of Acta Oncologica, containing full papers of work presented at the meeting. All invited speakers as well as the authors of abstracts selected for oral and poster discussion presentations will have the opportunity to submit ONE manuscript to be considered for this issue of Acta Oncologica
A limited number of travel grants (EUR 700) reserved for oral presenters from institutions outside Denmark have been generously donated from our main sponsor Acta Oncologica. In order to qualify for this travel grant you must have an original manuscript submitted on time (see below) and subsequently accepted for the special issue of Acta Oncologica.
Since our aim is to have the review process finished by the time of the meeting the manuscript must be submitted by Apr 2, 2019. The manuscript should be formatted according to the guidelines of Acta Oncologica (see Instructions), but should NOT be submitted on-line. It should instead be sent by e-mail to Jens Overgaard (jens@oncology.au.dk), with all parts of the manuscript (i.e. cover letter, manuscript text, tables and figures) included as one pdf e-mail attachment.
